Susan Martin Oberbillig is Paragon Mortgage Services’ President and Chief of Lending Operations.   Susan began her career in 1988 as a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Consultant. She is a graduate of UCLA, with a B.A. in Economics and Business, and a Masters of Science in Telecommunications and Technology from Denver University.

 

With over 3 decades of experience in the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry, Susan has trained with some of the best mortgage loan consultants in the business and has accrued recognized, impactful expertise in residential mortgage lending.

 

Focused on creating positive, enduring relationships, she brings that expertise to every financial transaction, and she has received various awards and commendations for her solution-oriented approach to structuring the best mortgage loan that meets each client’s specific needs.

 

Susan is engaged daily in the trenches of mortgage loan origination, and has led large and diverse teams, with the goal of partnering with both clients and colleagues in pursuit of mortgage excellence.  She uses her knowledge and personal experience, along with her insight of mortgage industry requirements, products and challenges, to provide strategies and awareness to help mentor, support and elevate both her clients and her colleagues, with unparalleled excellence and dedication.
